The Opacus Plug-in is a tool which enables e-mails to be archived directly from Microsoft Outlook to any SugarCRM edition.

Features include the following:

• Automatically archive incoming emails to contacts and leads
• Automatic lookup on email address
• Quick link view to SugarCRM record from inside Microsoft Outlook
• Create a new SugarCRM record from within Microsoft Outlook
• Archive emails to custom modules within your SugarCRM system

The current version has support for Windows Vista and above, running Microsoft Outlook 2007 or above.
