The Opacus activities sync will use your native calendar on your chosen device to synchronise calls, meetings and tasks. If using a mobile device the Opacus activities sync will show the contact numbers from your calendar call/meeting, so that you can make the call without having to access your SugarCRM system.

Version 2.1 of the SugarCRM Outlook Plug-in will be available for download soon, this version includes the following.

• Bug fixed where apostrophes in Outlook items cause Outlook to crash during sync
• A number of bug fixes relating to context menu lookups
• Auto-archiver now runs silently in the system tray for inbound and outbound emails allowing you to use Outlook without being interrupted.
• Custom drop-down values are now supported when creating Sugar Objects.

You can now download and install version 2.0.3 of the SugarCRM Outlook Plug-in.

This version addresses a major time-zone bug and includes a number of other fixes and improvements.

Version 2.0 of the Opacus SugarCRM Outlook plugin is now available, some of the things covered in the update are listed below...

A number of bug fixes across the application
Improved UI elements
Ability to filter out addresses for automatic archive.
Improved performance for archiving emails (1 email, many relationships)
Improved license system, allowed for lite version to be unlocked to the professional version using a license key.
Added better error handling for sync controller, distribution list errors wont cause outlook to crash now.

It appears that the latest set of Windows updates have removed the user settings for the Opacus SugarCRM Outlook Plug-in (user.config in your Application data folder).

The plug-in will continue to work as normal once all of your settings are re-entered.

We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to have this problem resolved for any future releases.
